Established in 1986, our small family-owned butcher shop was built on a simple belief: good food starts with quality livestock, hard work, and knowing where your food comes from.

Today, Roger carries on that tradition as the second generation to own and operate the business. From raising our livestock to carefully preparing quality cuts, we take pride in being involved in every step of the process.
